Before your company profile and approved job postings become visible on the Platform, we ask that a company representative review and accept this Company Verification & Authorization Agreement. This Agreement protects both your organization and the integrity of the Cisolu community by ensuring that only company representatives may publish opportunities on behalf of their organization. By selecting "Publish Jobs & Connect with Candidates," "Verify Company," or any similar action presented by the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
Verification & Authorization
Company Verification
By accepting this Agreement, you represent and confirm that: (a) You are at least the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding agreement within your jurisdiction. (b) You are a company representative with the authority to create, manage, or approve your organization's presence on the Cisolu Platform. (c) The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. (d) You will maintain accurate company information and promptly update any changes. To protect the integrity of the Platform, Cisolu may request additional verification to confirm company ownership, business identity, or your relationship with the organization.
Authorization to Publish
By accepting this Agreement, your organization authorizes Cisolu to publish only the company information and job opportunities that have been reviewed and approved through the Platform. This authorization may include displaying: (a) Company name (b) Company logo (c) Company profile (d) Approved job postings (e) Employment opportunities (f) Hiring information (g) Company locations (h) Other company information approved by your organization Cisolu will not intentionally publish draft job postings without company approval.
Draft Jobs & Content Ownership
Draft Job Review
To simplify onboarding, Cisolu may prepare draft job postings using: (a) Publicly available company information. (b) Information submitted by your company. (c) Information received through approved integrations. (d) Information previously approved by your organization. Draft job postings remain private and unpublished until your company reviews and approves them for publication. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of all published information.
Ownership of Company Content
Your organization retains ownership of all trademarks, logos, branding, job descriptions, text, documents, marketing materials, and other intellectual property submitted to Cisolu. By approving publication, your organization grants Cisolu a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote approved company content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Platform. This license automatically ends when the content is removed from the Platform, except where retention is required for legal, security, audit, backup, or regulatory purposes.
Applications & Responsibilities
Candidate Applications
Your organization authorizes Cisolu to receive, organize, manage, and securely deliver candidate applications submitted through the Platform. Candidates remain users of the Cisolu Platform until they independently establish an employment relationship with your organization. Cisolu does not guarantee candidate qualifications, interviews, employment offers, or hiring outcomes. All employment decisions remain solely the responsibility of your organization.
Company Responsibilities
Your organization agrees to: (a) Publish only legitimate employment opportunities. (b) Maintain accurate company information. (c) Respond to candidates professionally and respectfully. (d) Keep job postings reasonably current. (e) Comply with all applicable employment, recruiting, privacy, labor, anti-discrimination, advertising, and data protection laws in every jurisdiction where your organization operates. (f) Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality.
Prohibited Activities & Platform
Prohibited Activities
Your organization agrees not to: (a) Publish fraudulent or misleading opportunities. (b) Misrepresent your organization. (c) Recruit on behalf of another company without permission. (d) Submit false or inaccurate information. (e) Collect candidate information for unlawful purposes. (f) Violate applicable laws or regulations. (g) Upload malicious software or harmful content. (h) Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Platform. Cisolu reserves the right to suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this Agreement or other Platform policies.
Platform Services
Cisolu provides technology that enables companies and candidates to discover opportunities, communicate professionally, and manage recruitment activities. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Cisolu is not: (a) The employer (b) A staffing agency (c) A recruiting agency (d) A labor contractor (e) A payroll provider (f) A legal representative (g) A party to any employment agreement between companies and candidates
Privacy, Control & Verification Rights
Privacy & Security
Cisolu is committed to protecting company and candidate information through commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable Platform policies.
Company Control
Your organization remains in control of its presence on the Platform. At any time, your organization may: (a) Edit company information. (b) Update published jobs. (c) Pause or close hiring. (d) Remove job postings. (e) Add or remove company representatives. (f) Delete the company account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Verification Rights
To protect companies, candidates, and the integrity of the Platform, Cisolu may request additional verification before publishing, modifying, or maintaining company information. Verification methods may include: (a) Business email verification. (b) Company domain verification. (c) Government-issued business registration documents. (d) Identity verification. (e) Other commercially reasonable verification methods. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent publication.
Availability, Liability & Changes
Availability of Services
While Cisolu strives to provide reliable and secure services, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, functionality, and services may be updated, improved, modified, suspended, or discontinued as the Platform evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cisolu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to this Agreement
Cisolu may update this Agreement periodically to reflect improvements to the Platform, operational changes, or legal requirements. Material updates will become effective after reasonable notice has been provided as required by applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Relationship, Acceptance & Commitment
Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other legal relationship between Cisolu and your organization. Each party remains an independent entity responsible for its own operations, employees, legal obligations, and business decisions.
Acceptance
By selecting "Publish Jobs & Connect with Candidates," "Verify Company," or any similar action presented by the Platform, you certify that: (a) You are a company representative. (b) The information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge. (c) Your organization authorizes Cisolu to publish approved company information and approved job opportunities. (d) Your organization authorizes Cisolu to receive candidate applications through the Platform. (e) You have read and agree to this Company Verification & Authorization Agreement. (f) You have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.

Our commitment is simple: your company remains in control. Nothing is published without your organization's approval. Your organization retains ownership of its content and may update or remove approved information at any time through the Platform.
